Working in conjunction Great British Menu chef, Mark Ellis and John & Sarah Brookshaw of Plassey Holiday Village, this unique venture involves the conversion of a Victorian era milking parlour into a fine dining bar & restaurant, building on the success of Mark’s first site, ‘Allium', in Cheshire. Currently on site - to open in May 2018.
